Manages sales territory and sells Cabot products, generating target levels of revenue, volume, margins, and days outstanding from customer base. Technical Excellence: Knowledgeable about Cabot’s technical capabilities, applications, and how they enhance customer performance. Commercial Skills: Knowledgeable of markets and applications where our products add value, and able to effectively capture that value. Communications & Presentation Skills: Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, clearly and concisely, with appropriate style and tone. Customer Relationship Management: Establishes and maintains appropriate customer relationships to support Cabot’s strategic goals. Results Driven: Takes ownership and responsibility for achieving results; plans, organizes, prioritizes, and monitors to meet business objectives. Business Savvy: Understands key functional elements for business profitability and can discuss business at a high level. New Opportunity Advancement: Uses knowledge of Cabot’s capabilities to develop and recognize new business opportunities. Creative Problem Solving: Applies analytical thinking to identify solutions and demonstrates innovation in problem-solving. Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in chemicals or related field. 3-5 years of sales experience in chemical products, preferably battery materials, additives, or electrochemical fields. Strong sales background and strategic understanding of customer needs are essential. Self-motivated with strong learning ability.
