Cradle to Grave Sales Executive Job Type:
Full-time; On-site
Responsibilities
Manage and grow vendor relationships with our carrier partners.
Operational duties include dispatching drivers, rate quoting, negotiating, and customer service.
Working in a fast-paced and multitasking environment.
You must be strong under pressure.
Must bring a consistently great attitude and 'can-do' mentality to the job every day.
Must be able to make wise and profitable business decisions.
You must care about your own success.
Experience / Qualifications
Must have logistics experience with minimal training required. Freight experience – 1 year is required.
2+ years of workforce experience.
Must have experience in, or be familiar with, the cradle-to-grave model.
Eager to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
Effectively manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Approaches challenges with a fearless, solution-focused mindset.
Maintains enthusiasm and fosters a collaborative work environment.
Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a high level of professionalism.
Hunter's mentality with absolutely no hesitation with making calls.
Must be reliable to your clients, the company, and yourself.
This position offers a competitive base salary.
