Develop and execute multi-channel marketing automation strategies across email and digital channels to support lead generation, nurture, and client retention. Design, build, and optimize customer journeys, campaigns, and automation workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Gong Engage. Segment audiences and leverage behavioral, demographic, and firmographic data to deliver personalized and scalable communication. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Data teams to align automation strategies with revenue goals and advisor engagement objectives. Implement lead scoring and routing models to ensure qualified leads are efficiently passed to business development teams. Maintain data integrity by managing syncing processes between Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and other martech systems. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates and ROI. Continuously test and iterate on email templates, messaging, send times, and workflows to enhance engagement and performance. Oversee email communication compliance and internal data privacy policies in all outbound communications. Identify and implement new automation tools, integrations, and best practices to advance Kestra’s marketing technology stack. Qualifications

3 + years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation within a B2B or financial services environment. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder) and familiarity with Gong Engage or similar engagement platforms. Strong understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, including data segmentation, field mapping, and campaign integration. Proven track record of developing and optimizing automated campaigns that drive measurable revenue impact. Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with lead scoring models, campaign attribution, and reporting through dashboards or BI tools. Knowledge of email compliance standards and best practices in email deliverability. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and technology teams. Self-starter with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement in marketing technology. Education

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university. Internal Applicant Policy
