# Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)**US**Posted: 09/22/20252025-09-222025-12-21Profession: Job Number: 951## Job DescriptionTherapist owned and operated, IEP Therapy is currently looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Indianapolis, IN, area to join our team.We currently have the following position available for the 2025-2026 school year:**FULL TIME POSITION AVAILABLE:*** Board Certified Behavior Analyst position serving a population of K-12 in a public school.
Must have previous experience within a school setting.
Caseload TBD.**Board Certified Behavior Analyst Responsibilities:*** Provide **consultative BCBA services** in alignment with students’ IEPs, focusing on coaching, modeling, and supporting staff in implementation of behavior strategies.* Offer **clinical oversight and BACB-compliant supervision** to RBTs or other direct service providers working with students.* Review data and documentation collected by school personnel and/or RBTs to ensure **data-driven decision-making** and plan integrity.* Collaborate with educational teams to **develop, monitor, and adjust Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)** based on student needs and progress.* Participate in or help facilitate **IEP and case conference meetings**, contributing behavior expertise and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.* Conduct **functional behavior assessments (FBAs)** and other evaluations as needed to inform programming and support dismissal decisions when appropriate.* Maintain a strong working knowledge of **Indiana’s Article 7** and the **Educational Therapy model** used within the school environment.* Engage in ongoing communication with school personnel and administrators to promote a **collaborative and sustainable model** of behavioral support.* Perform other consultative duties as requested to support students, staff, and the district’s behavior support framework.**Board Certified Behavior Analyst Qualifications:*** Master’s Degree in Special Education, Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field* Current BCBA Certification (preferred)* Previous Experience in a School Setting* Medical/Dental/Vision* 401K with company matching* Life Insurance* Short Term Disability* CEUs Reimbursement Allowance* License and Association Dues Stipend* Online Library of Materials* Paid Sick Time* Pet Insurance* Monthly Check-Ins for Support* School Schedule with Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer Breaks* Mentoring and 24/7 Support from Our Expert Therapy Managers**For more information visit our website at**## Additional Information**Position Summary:**
