An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. Responsibilities
As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, you will: Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients. Operate within the scope of practice as determined by your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor. Collaborate with the optical dispensary operated by Luxottica and participate in a practice model negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor. Practice Model & Benefits
As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor’s office. Terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor. Professional autonomy to care for patients with no company-imposed restrictions or quotas. Flexible scheduling, including part-time commitments or adding work to an existing practice schedule. Fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment; many use Clarifye digital eye examination technology. Access to Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System and full tech/pre-testing support. Automated online appointment book and patient recall system. Affiliation & Company Context

Employer pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
