An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist to work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor’s office and provides optometric care and service to patients. Terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor. Responsibilities and Practice Model
As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, you will practice within a private independent setting. Responsibilities and expectations include: Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients within the practice Maintain professional autonomy predicated on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor Work with a fully furnished office and a full OD equipment suite; some offices use the Clarifye digital eye examination technology Utilize available tools and support such as Optomap digital retinal imaging where offered, and online appointment booking and patient recall systems Flexible scheduling options, including part-time commitments or adding to an existing practice schedule Affiliation Advantages

Employee pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications, and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
