Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) $70 K-85K/yr Position Requirement: Remote Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available At OptiMindHealth, we are seeking compassionate and skilled clinicians to join our cause in providing high-quality mental health care services. We offer a supportive work environment and various compensation packages including a starting salary range of $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, 401K, health care benefits, and generous paid time off. Responsibilities: Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and implement treatment plans. Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session. Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week. Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings and trainings. Qualifications: Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT). Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines. Comfort working with clients with diverse concerns. Ability to pass a background check and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients. Additional Valuable Qualifications: Experience in mental health practice settings. Insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice areas.
