Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)! Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in supporting students in the Attend Program who are experiencing chronic absenteeism and truancy. The BCBA will provide behavioral assessment, intervention, and consultation services to help remove barriers to school attendance, improve student engagement, and strengthen collaboration between families, schools, and community partners. The BCBA will partner with parents to provide consultation and coaching on the implementation of Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs), ensuring that strategies are consistently applied at home. In addition, the BCBA will oversee support staff who provide daily, in-home assistance each morning to students and their families to promote consistent attendance. Salary Salary/year range $75,000 - $84,000 (based on years of experience as a BCBA) Primary Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to identify factors contributing to truancy and school avoidance. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) that address barriers to attendance. Provide parent consultation and coaching to ensure PBSP strategies are implemented effectively at home. Supervise and support staff who provide in-home morning assistance, ensuring high-quality service delivery, fidelity to intervention plans, and strong collaboration with families. Collaborate with school staff, families, and community agencies to promote consistent student participation in educational programming. Provide training and coaching for teachers, school teams, and support staff on evidence-based strategies to increase school engagement. Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Facilitate family consultations to address resistance, develop positive routines, and connect families to resources. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings focused on attendance improvement and student success. Complete appropriate documentation, paperwork and electronic paperwork as required for the position by Advanced Clinical Services. Maintain all qualifications specified by the Department of Education, Department of Human Services, and ACS or any other state or federal agency having jurisdiction over the provision of such services and shall participate in such training as may be required to include CANS, Safety Care, and Child Abuse Mandated Reporter per ACS requirements. Adhere to mandated timelines in providing services to clients. Maintain such confidentiality as required by federal and/or state law in the provision of such services. Comply with service policies and procedures manual set by our client CCIU Advanced Clinical Services and policies and procedures set forth by CCRES. Maintain weekly billable hours at a level set by CCIU Advanced Clinical Services. Comply with HIPAA/FERPA business associate agreements. Perform other duties as may be required by CCRES and CCIU Advanced Clinical Services. Education / Experience

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field. Current certification as a BCBA. Experience working with children and adolescents in school or clinical settings; experience with truancy, school avoidance, or related behavioral challenges strongly preferred. Strong supervisory skills, with prior experience overseeing support staff or paraprofessionals preferred. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Experience engaging with students and families who may be facing complex challenges. Credentials
