This role is in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex and focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and personalized assistance to help customers find pieces to celebrate life’s moments. As a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague, you provide exceptional service, leveraging product knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands. You build lasting client relationships through consultative selling and our clientele program. You will promote loyalty and warranty programs, support inventory and fulfillment, and assist with special events while ensuring security, accuracy, and presentation of merchandise. You will work with your team to achieve sales goals and uphold operational excellence in the Fine Jewelry department. Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex; educate customers on products and trends; build relationships to encourage repeat visits. Promote loyalty and warranty programs; assist with inventory, replenishment, and merchandise presentation. Support special events; ensure security, accuracy, and impeccable presentation of merchandise. Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and maintain operational excellence. Who You Are / Qualifications
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, with dependable attendance and punctuality. Strong communication with customers, co-workers, and supervisors; able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English. Provide product recommendations, assist with fittings and digital shopping tools, and create a welcoming shopping experience. Drive sales and operational excellence using product knowledge, vendor training, POS tools, stock presentation, replenishment, and asset protection compliance. Drive client loyalty through organized, shoppable spaces and clienteling tools; participate in sales events and ongoing training. Achieve sales goals and Client and Protection plan targets; acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits. Meet and exceed daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service; proficient use of POS and digital tools to streamline transactions. 1-2 years of related experience required. Essential Physical Requirements
Talking, lifting, constant movement, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Standing for extended periods; able to lift at least 25 lbs; stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, reaching above eye level. Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Frequent use of computers and technology, including handheld equipment and cash register operations. What We Can Offer You
