Overview
As a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague, you provide outstanding customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, creating shopping experiences that make every customer feel welcomed, focused on elegance, expertise, and personalized service to celebrate life’s special moments. You continually demonstrate superior product knowledge to educate and assist customers in selecting pieces that suit their tastes, preferences, and budgets, and you focus on building lasting client relationships through consultative selling, genuine hospitality, and active use of our clientele program. You will promote loyalty and warranty programs, support inventory and fulfillment activities, and assist with special events while ensuring the security, accuracy, and impeccable presentation of merchandise. You’ll work closely with your team to achieve sales goals and uphold operational excellence in all aspects of the Fine Jewelry department. Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex; educate and assist customers in selecting items that suit their tastes and budgets. Promote our loyalty and warranty programs; support inventory, replenishment, and fulfillment activities. Support special events; ensure the security, accuracy, and presentation of merchandise. Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and uphold operational excellence. Build lasting client relationships through consultative selling and genuine hospitality; leverage clienteling tools for offers and product launches. Drive sales goals while maintaining an organized, shoppable space and up-to-date signage and pricing. Process transactions using point-of-sale technology and digital tools; acquire new customers through opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits. Qualifications
1-2 years of related experience required Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, with regular attendance Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors; read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English Customer-focused with the ability to provide product recommendations, assist with fittings and digital shopping tools, and create a welcoming shopping experience Strong product knowledge and willingness to participate in training and vendor education Essential Physical Requirements
Talking, lifting, constant movement, standing, and reaching with arms and hands Standing for extended periods, lifting at least 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment Frequent use of computers and handheld devices; ability to process transactions What We Can Offer You
