Outside Sales Representative

to join our team and drive new business growth.

What You’ll Do:

Identify & Prospect

– Develop and implement strategies to generate new business through cold calling, networking, and industry outreach. Consultative Sales

– Understand client needs and propose

custom signage, printing, and marketing solutions that align with their business goals. Account Management

– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Sales Presentations

– Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals to decision-makers in various industries. Market Research

– Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new sales opportunities. Collaborate with Team

– Work closely with

production, customer service, and marketing teams

to ensure seamless execution of projects. What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of sales experience , preferably in

printing, signage, or B2B services . Proven

ability to close deals

and meet/exceed sales targets. Strong

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and

able to work independently . Experience using

CRM software

(PrintSpeak preferred but not required). Basic understanding of

marketing and branding solutions

is a plus. Must have a

valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
