This is a client-facing, front-line management role for a highly intelligent, charismatic and creative thinking leader who is passionate about paid social media and performance-driven e-commerce marketing. The successful candidate will demonstrate deep paid social expertise across multiple platforms and international markets, strive for repeatable success through rigorous testing and optimization, and have a desire to question everything in pursuit of operational and client service excellence. They will be expected to provide bold and confident recommendations and sound leadership, backed by innovative flair and analytical experience. The ideal candidate will work across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, and other paid social platforms, with a focus on planning, creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns that drive measurable e-commerce results for a global DTC brand. As a Senior Account Manager, the ideal candidate will have responsibility to manage and mentor 1-2 account managers and/or associates, autonomously lead day-to-day client relationships, and exhibit deep multi-platform paid social expertise with proven experience managing international campaigns. Campaign Management & Optimization

Plan, create, manage, optimize, and forecast paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, and emerging social platforms

Execute and oversee paid social campaign processes from start to finish, including audience research and strategy, creative briefing and testing, campaign trafficking, troubleshooting, optimization and reporting

Manage global campaign execution across international markets, navigating platform, strategy, budget allocation, promotion, and creative nuances

Establish and execute strategies to deliver results against primary client KPIs including ROAS and new customer acquisition

Drive continuous improvement through structured testing frameworks (creative testing, audience testing, placement optimization, bidding strategies)

E-commerce & Performance Expertise

Manage catalog integration and dynamic product ad strategies to maximize product discovery and conversion (Catalog ads, ASC, GMV Max, etc.)

Develop sophisticated audience strategies including custom audiences, lookalikes, prospecting vs. retention segmentation, third-party data providers, and first-party data activation

Optimize for e-commerce KPIs including ROAS, CAC, new customer acquisition, AOV, and customer lifetime value

Understand and navigate attribution models (last-click, view-through, multi-touch) and work with third-party attribution platforms (Rockerbox, Triple Whale, etc.) to inform strategy

Understand pixel implementation and Conversions API (CAPI) setup to assist in troubleshooting tracking issues with ad ops team and client technical resources

Creative & Content Strategy

Provide data-driven creative insights to inform ad development, identifying what resonates with target audiences and when creative fatigue sets in

Guide testing strategies for creative variations including static ads, video, Reels, Stories, TikTok content, and user-generated content (UGC)

Leverage influencer and creator content within paid social campaigns to maximize authenticity and engagement

Support social commerce initiatives including Shops setup, live shopping integration, and in-platform checkout optimization (where applicable)

Client & Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, serving as the day-to-day channel expert for paid social activation

Create and deliver flawless client-facing reports based on accurate data and insightful analysis that tells the “so what?” behind the numbers

Develop and deliver account development plans or roadmaps based on client campaign briefs and quarterly business targets

Collaborate with Strategy and Planning, Analytics, and Client Leadership teams to develop integrated media strategies

Support business development by contributing to pitches (account audits, presentations, case studies) and identifying opportunities to expand services with existing clients

Team Leadership & Development

Manage and develop 1-2 team members including task delegation, training coordination, ad hoc constructive feedback, and participation in Croud's career development framework

Lead by example, demonstrating best-in-class paid social expertise and client service

Foster a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement within the team

Share knowledge and mentor junior team members to elevate overall team capabilities

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid social media marketing, demonstrating deep expertise in platform management (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest) with a proven track record of exceeding performance goals against e-commerce KPIs (ROAS, new customer acquisition, conversions)

Experience managing paid social campaigns for international/global brands across multiple markets and regions

Strong understanding of e-commerce fundamentals including catalog management, pixel/CAPI implementation, dynamic product ads, and conversion optimization

Expertise in advanced audience strategies including custom audiences, lookalike modeling, prospecting/retargeting segmentation, and first-party data activation

Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations

Experience with platform-native reporting tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.) and comfort navigating complex data sets

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in clear, compelling narratives

Proven problem solver who can manage a team, clients, and projects to deadlines

Polished presenter and storyteller possessing the ability to quickly build confidence with clients and stakeholders

A team player who is invested in team development, well-being, and growth as well as client success

Strong numeracy and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

Comfort working across time zones and managing multi-market campaign requirements

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS

Meta Blueprint certifications (e.g., Meta Certified Media Buying Professional)

TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or Snapchat platform certifications

Experience with paid social management and reporting platforms such as Smartly.io or Motion

Familiarity with attribution platforms such as Rockerbox or Northbeam

Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Datorama

Understanding of creative testing frameworks and ad fatigue mitigation strategies

Familiarity with social commerce features and in-platform shopping experiences

Experience with video content strategies including Reels, Stories, and TikTok formats

Knowledge of UGC content utilization and creator partnerships within paid campaigns

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related major

The salary range for this position is

$95,000 to $105,000 (DOE) Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your linemanagers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
