Customer Success Specialist – Visual Lease. CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. Visual Lease is a CoStar Group company and serves as the centralized system of record for lease-related financial, operational, and legal data. Our platform integrates lease management, lease accounting, and sustainability reporting to help organizations save time, mitigate risks, reduce costs, and support sustainability initiatives. This role is full-time in the office and based in New Jersey or Atlanta.

What you will do

Ensure customers derive maximum value from Visual Lease, monitor utilization of all licensed modules, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with VL stakeholder teams to drive adoption and successful renewals.

Maintain project management tool for all project items (plans, deliverables tracking, time tracking, notes, tasks, events) ensuring accurate department reporting.

Support expansion and renewal opportunities; understand business outcomes for named customers (Mid Market / Enterprise).

Lead cross-functional initiatives with sales, support, product management, and other teams to impact customer success and drive growth.

Partner with Account Management on retention strategy; mitigate renewal risk.

Deliver customer platform reviews on a schedule cadence per business segment.

Communicate implementation phases with clients and internal teams using Visual Lease Methodology.

Stay up to date on product features and use cases to drive best practice adoption.

Solicit participation for customer surveys (CSAT & NPS) and other advisory activities.

Identify business maturity level for assigned accounts and determine strategy for advancement to the next stage.

Gather business requirements for client integration strategy and propose ideas for platform adoption.

Configure/implement Visual Lease platform, including modules, lease fields, financial categories, users, security levels, access requirements, and system administration.

Identify and manage risks related to project timelines and retention.

Collect customer feedback and stories and close feedback loops.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (accredited university or college).

1–3 years of experience interacting with customers and resolving concerns.

Strong collaborative team player with professional, positive, and nurturing demeanor.

Willingness to travel to client sites for onsite onboarding and trainings (approximately 5–10% travel).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to tailor communication to various technical levels and leadership audiences.

Patience, positive demeanor, and strong relationship-building skills.
