The Challenge We are seeking an Account Executive, Enterprise, responsible for acquiring new clients in zero-base accounts and ensuring successful relationships and revenue growth with existing customers.

Your Mission The Account Executive (AE) will generate, qualify, and execute opportunities to help our customers become more trusted organizations and to drive revenue for OneTrust. AEs should leverage their industry knowledge and sales skills to craft solutions and address complex customer problems, providing insights and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales quotas

Consistently generate pipeline through outreach, even during closing phases

Identify and leverage stakeholders, leaders, and champions to execute sales strategies

Collaborate effectively with Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering to expand key accounts

Use discovery and communication skills to understand customer needs and present solutions

Understand competitors and differentiate OneTrust’s offerings

Build trusted advisor relationships with customers

Manage a targeted geographic territory

You Are Someone with a hunting mentality and consultative approach, bringing curiosity, innovation, authenticity, leadership, and integrity. You communicate effectively with C-Level executives, approach prospecting and deal management with discipline, and maintain CRM hygiene.

Your experience includes:

Extensive experience (preferably 10+ years) selling B2B enterprise software or related technologies

Experience in Value Selling

Proven success in acquiring new logos and supporting existing accounts

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM

Extra Skills

Experience in Privacy, Security, Third-Party Risk, Compliance

Experience selling into Information Security departments

CIPP/E or CIPM certification

Training in Command of Message

Compensation and Work Environment For certain states, the annual base salary ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 USD, with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
