Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned attorney with several consecutive years of concentrated experience handling high-asset family law cases involving estates ranging from $1 million to $5 million. The attorney must be able to manage cases independently from start to finish, including all phases of litigation, trial, and depositions. In addition, the successful candidate should have the ability to lead and mentor 1–2 associates as part of a collaborative team environment. The firm is looking for someone currently at a senior role level, or a successful solo practitioner ready to bring their expertise to a highly respected practice. This is a full-time role based out of the firm's Palm Beach County, FL location with the opportunity for hybrid/remote work but must live within driving distance to allow for any in person client meetings, hearings, depositions, etc. Qualifications:

Active Florida Bar license in good standing 5+ consecutive years of focused family/divorce law experience in a law firm environment Demonstrated ability to independently manage high-asset divorce cases ($1–5 million in assets) from intake through trial Significant trial and deposition experience in complex, litigated family law matters Leadership skills with the ability to guide and supervise 1–2 associates and support staff Exceptional legal writing, drafting, and communication skills Compassionate, client-centered approach with the ability to support clients during emotionally challenging cases Comfort with technology and innovative legal practice methods Benefits:
