PURPOSE:
Work closely with Test Engineers and Manufacturing to support and improve manufacturing operations, including testing electronic assemblies and debug/troubleshooting to component level.
Focus on supporting ICT related matters as PM ICT machine and ICT fixtures; help to conduct ICT Fixture qualification; stabilize the ICT programs if needed.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES:
Debug/Troubleshoot complex electronic assemblies to component level using various equipment including but not limited to oscilloscopes, meters, and computer-controlled test equipment.
Test complex boards and assemblies using test processes and procedures.
Perform PM as required.
Setup test station.
Setup Hardware and Software.
Work from blueprint, engineering change notices, or established operating procedures.
Determine acceptance or rejection or rework requirements of a part.
Assist others in correcting or preventing deficiencies in quality of workmanship.
Perform related work as assigned.
Support all TE activities on Boards Functional Test for all customers.
Communicate with internal customers to solve any issues related and provide feedback to production for any concurrent issues.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
(include experience required with specific software applications, equipment, or specific certifications and education requirements such as MSME, MSEE, APICS, etc.) PREFERRED Qualifications:
(nice to have skills): Familiarity with SMT, X-ray, Structural Tests. Software programming is a plus. Education or Training:
College degree with 5+ years of CM experience.
