We are looking for an Engineer for Building Services (m/f/d) with a focus on advanced commissioning to join our team in Frankfurt am Main.
Job Description & Key Responsibilities
You will work on a variety of building services projects as part of an
international and interdisciplinary team
of engineers, simulation specialists, and architects. Your tasks will include:
Managing the
entire advanced commissioning process , including conducting functional and performance tests for building services (TGA) systems Performing
energy audits
for buildings Overseeing
commissioning management
for construction projects Developing
energy concepts Designing and
evaluating sustainable energy supply solutions
and building services (TGA) plans for both existing and new buildings, as well as urban districts Reviewing third-party
building services (TGA) designs
as part of technical controlling Addressing
building services (TGA) criteria
for
Green Building certifications
(DGNB, LEED, BREEAM) Preparing
reports and documentation
in both German and English as part of project work
Requirements & Qualifications
Completed technical studies in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) or comparable qualification Quick comprehension combined with analytical and quick thinking as well as solution-oriented action Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working, ability to work in national and international teams Very good written and spoken German and English skills Very good software knowledge of the MS Office family Experience with the green building certification systems DGNB, LEED and BREEAM is desirable Willingness to travel on business Baumann Consulting is an equal opportunity employer with a great work atmosphere and excellent benefits including: Flexible work time and home office 8 paid holidays plus 4 weeks of paid Vacation and Sick Leave, increased to 5 weeks after 2 years Creative/research time budget Continuous professional development support and allowance Company-paid ST/LT Disability Insurance 401(k) Plan with up to 4% Employer contributions Flexible Spending Account Collaborative Environment About Us
