The ServiceNow Engineer will be responsible for the development and customization of a shared ServiceNow instance, primarily supporting the transportation line of business—specifically freight and fleet management.
The role involves working extensively within the Customer Service Management (CSM) module, with a strong emphasis on new development, custom workflows, and customer-facing/internal portals.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop custom workflows in ServiceNow to meet business requirements.
Lead development efforts with a strong focus on ServiceNow customizations.
Build net new ServiceNow components including portals, pages, and widgets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure development aligns with business needs and standards.
Manage and maintain the CSM module functionality and extend its capabilities as needed.
Support both customer-facing and internal ServiceNow portals.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Experience developing and managing custom ServiceNow workflows. Direct experience with ServiceNow modules (CSM preferred). Demonstrated experience in net new ServiceNow development beyond basic configuration. Preferred Qualifications
Prior development experience specifically within the CSM (Customer Service Management) module. Experience working on ServiceNow instances supporting transportation, logistics, or fleet management businesses.
