Position Overview The candidate will be trained in compiling and analyzing case facts, drafting correspondence to USCIS, DOL, DOS, and clients, identifying issues, evaluating eligibility, and conducting legal research. Responsibilities include preparing, filing, and monitoring NIV and IV petitions for various visas such as PERM, H-1B, H-2B, L-1, TN, O-1/EB1, EB2/3, E-2, E-3, B-1/2. The candidate must work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment and stay updated on immigration regulation changes.
Specific Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and filing nonimmigrant worker petitions and employment-based permanent resident applications, including responses to RFEs, NOIRs, and NOIDs.
Handle USCIS FDNS site visits, audits, and other government communications.
Ensure Form I-9 compliance.
Collaborate with business units and outside counsel to facilitate case preparation.
Maintain immigration compliance through internal policies and practices.
Provide education and advice on U.S. immigration law to internal stakeholders.
Participate in ad-hoc immigration projects as assigned.
Generate reports for management review.
Qualifications The candidate must be licensed to practice law in any U.S. state.
