to the team. Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth legal research on complex immigration matters. Provide strategic legal advice to clients and team members. Prepare and draft comprehensive legal documents including motions, petitions, briefs, and other case filings. Work closely with clients to gather evidence, prepare case documentation, and develop tailored legal strategies. Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure a cohesive approach to case management. Oversee and delegate tasks to support staff, including paralegals and legal assistants, to maintain efficiency and quality. Key Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in immigration law. Strong expertise in legal research and writing. Ability to draft persuasive and well-structured legal arguments. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong client management and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency (preferred). Schedule & Work Environment
Monday to Friday Hybrid Remote – Must Relocate to Fall River, MA before starting work
