Our client, a multi-discipline law firm, has an immediate need for an experienced
Immigration Associate Attorney , to join our winning team in Fall River.
Our candidate of choice will bring a solid background in immigration law. You will handle a diverse caseload, including representing clients in EOIR proceedings and working with USCIS on various petitions and applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Represent clients in immigration proceedings before EOIR, including hearings, motions, and appeals.
Prepare and file applications, petitions, and responses with USCIS.
Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice on complex immigration issues.
Work closely with clients to gather evidence, prepare case documentation, and strategize legal approaches.
Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and ensure comprehensive client support.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Active license to practice law (any state)
Experience in immigration law
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and client management abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish a plus.
