Overview
Join a small, hands‑on platform team that builds and enhances ServiceNow for internal technology teams and key business processes. You’ll work across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and ITAM, with a strong emphasis on automation and orchestration to improve efficiency and reliability. Responsibilities
Design and configure capabilities across ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, Service Catalog/Portal, and ITOM to support IT and business processes. Build and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server) with robust error handling, logging, and resilience. Design and maintain Service Catalog items, optimize catalog structure, and enhance Employee Center taxonomy for better UX and content discoverability. Develop orchestrations/automations (Flow Designer, subflows, scripted logic) that streamline operations and reduce manual effort. Translate technical and business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions and clear user stories. Collaborate with configuration management teams to improve CMDB data quality, implement reconciliation patterns, and support governance initiatives. Partner with monitoring and operations teams to integrate event data, enrich alerts, and ensure seamless workflows between systems. Coordinate Discovery schedules, IP ranges, and MID Server requirements with infrastructure teams; implement discovery patterns as needed. Support platform upgrades, troubleshoot issues across environments, and follow best practices for change and release management. Document solutions (runbooks, knowledge articles) and ensure smooth hand‑offs to support teams. Adhere to development best practices to ensure code quality, scalability, and security. Qualifications
3+ years of ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise environment. Proficiency with Flow Designer (and familiarity with legacy Workflow Editor). Hands-on ITOM and automation/orchestration experience. Working knowledge of CMDB data models and health practices. Familiarity with ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change) and Agile delivery. Strong communication skills; comfortable in a lean team contributing across discovery, build, and light production support; able to collaborate with engineering teams. ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification (or equivalent practical experience). Why Join Us
