Overview Sales Executive, CRE Lender – Atlanta. CoStar Group is a global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. We help lenders make smarter decisions with powerful data and insights. This role focuses on expanding strategic relationships with existing clients and high-potential prospects in the CRE lending space.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development: Identify and close new sales opportunities for our SaaS, data, and information services tailored to commercial real estate lenders and financial institutions.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CRE lending clients, ensuring exceptional service and identifying opportunities for expansion.

Territory Engagement: Travel within the assigned region to meet with clients and prospects face-to-face, fostering trust and delivering product value.

Strategic Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders and local field sales teams to align on client goals and maximize client satisfaction.

Market Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of CoStar for Lenders’ solutions and the CRE lending space to position yourself as a trusted advisor.

Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to closing, onboarding, training, and renewals—driving growth and revenue targets.

Basic Qualifications

4-8 years of solution selling experience with ownership of the full sales cycle.

Track record of selling SaaS solutions to banks and financial institutions.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

Willing and able to travel to client and prospect locations regularly.

Experience with complex sales processes and diagnostic selling.

Proactive, curious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Current and valid driver’s license; driving record check prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications

Well-versed in technical skills, risk concepts, and selling into HQs of target companies.

Experience selling data and SaaS solutions to large organizations with sophisticated buying processes (enterprise software, Banks and Lenders a plus).

Understanding of economic and risk models; comfortable discussing data integration and regulatory concepts.

Familiar with US banking regulations and related compliance topics.
