BECOME THE EXPERT Learn the Products Learn Victaulic’s products and the many ways we provide solutions to help customers get projects done on time and within budget. Benefit from an excellent training program. Know the Industry Learn about grooved mechanical pipe joining methods and competitive methods such as welding and flanging. Build confidence to overcome objections from customers used to traditional methods. As a territory manager, understand construction cycles, identify major projects, follow market trends and competitor activity, and engage with local trade organizations and professional associations to become part of the industry in your territory. Understand the Business Develop a business plan with your Regional Sales Manager, including opportunity mapping, sales goals, product promotion, and strategies to maximize sales potential. Execute all phases of project pursuit and management—from inception through design, specifications, bidding, job site training, commissioning, and after-sale follow-up. Gather complete information for quotation requisitions and lead the inside sales team, engineering, and support staff to meet customer requirements. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS Develop relationships and trust with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building/project owners in your territory. Spend time with customers, including after-hours activities, to maintain meaningful relationships. Partner with Victaulic distributors in your territory and coordinate with other Victaulic representatives and regional market specialists to ensure the best customer experience. EDUCATE AND INFLUENCE Educate customers about the value Victaulic products bring to their projects. Demonstrate on job sites, provide training, and conduct presentations to engineers to showcase our products’ value. Your goal is to help customers feel confident in our products and influence decision-makers to maximize sales potential. Qualities We Seek

Bachelor’s degree preferred; we offer tuition reimbursement. Prior sales experience selling value-added products/services, preferably in the commercial construction, PVF (pipes, valves, fittings), or mechanical products, is beneficial. A history of achieving sales targets and building long-standing relationships is helpful. A competitive nature, flexibility, and resiliency support year-over-year growth. Self-motivated and self-driven to achieve success in a remote role with minimal supervision. Present a professional image, engaging personality, and strong problem-solving, resourcefulness, and creative thinking skills. Strong organization, time management, and project management abilities are important. Willingness to travel, including heavier overnight travel for some territories. Be prepared for field conditions and physical aspects of the job. Benefits
