As one of the fastest-growing academic health centers in the nation, theTexas A&M University Health Science Centerencompasses five colleges and numerous centers and institutes working together to improve health through transformative education, innovative research and team-based health care delivery. The College of Dentistry is looking for a Program Coordinator I to serve in the department of Alumni Relations & Continuing Dental Education. We desire an individual who subscribes to and supports our commitment as stated above. The successful applicant will bring an expert level of experience to the position and understand the demands of supporting executives in a fast-paced environment. This person must be professional, enjoy working in a high-volume environment and be able to apply strong organizational skills while being flexible in their daily routine. If this is you, we invite you to apply to become a member of our team. **Work Schedule/Location:**Located in **Dallas, TX,** this an on-site role with a typical schedule of Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm. **Qualifications****Required Education and Experience*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Two years of program administration experience.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience with database records and facilitation, especially those similar to DonorPerfect or related.* Experience in non-profit development roles or other similar roles with donor engagement.* Experience with Canva, Emma or other creative communication tools.* Experience with donor engagement, alumni communications and involvement.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.* Experience in event planning and project management.* Familiarity with alumni engagement.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities*** Ability to work cooperatively with others.* Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.* Verbal and written communication skills.* Plans and implements program events such as networking events, webinars and in-person offerings for continuing dental education, and other event types.* Sets up continuing dental education online registrations, in collaboration with department contacts. This includes entering and updating online information and distribution of certificates of completion.* Responds to inquiries regarding program offerings.* Solicits and compiles relevant feedback to inform and recommend initiatives.Howdy and thank you for your interest in a career with Texas A&M University.
