Overview
Program Coordinator - Alumni Relations & Continuing Dental Education at Texas A&M University Health Science Center, Dallas, TX. Responsibilities
Plans and implements program events such as networking events, webinars and in-person offerings for continuing dental education, and other event types. Sets up continuing dental education online registrations, in collaboration with department contacts. This includes entering and updating online information and distribution of certificates of completion. Responds to inquiries regarding program offerings. Solicits and compiles relevant feedback to inform and recommend initiatives. Program Communications, Records and Relationships
Coordinates communications efforts to ensure that events and programs are effectively promoted to all relevant audiences. Identifies metrics to collect pertinent information, tracks outcomes/statistics and makes recommendations for program improvements. Maintains database for contact purposes. Responsible for updating and maintaining accurate records, including contact information and engagement history. Builds and maintains strong relationships with students, alumni, faculty, and other stakeholders to foster a sense of community and promote participation in events and programs. Coordinates with and maintains strong relationships with vendor contacts. Funding + Compliance
Assists in preparation and monitoring of budgets for programs and events. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify opportunities for engagement and assist in promoting participation. Assists in enhancing alumni engagement and supporting fundraising initiatives. Ensures that all activities comply with university policies and guideline. Assists in operating within budget. Minimum Salary:
$52,000.00 annually Work Schedule/Location:
Located in Dallas, TX, this is an on-site role with a typical schedule of Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm. Cover Letter/Resume:

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years of program administration experience. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with database records and facilitation, especially those similar to DonorPerfect or related. Experience in non-profit development roles or other similar roles with donor engagement. Experience with Canva, Emma or other creative communication tools. Experience with donor engagement, alumni communications and involvement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in event planning and project management. Familiarity with alumni engagement. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Ability to work cooperatively with others. Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Verbal and written communication skills. Why Texas A&M University?
