Responsibilities Provide direct support and consulting to payroll clients, understanding payroll practices and laws to deliver excellent service. Manage client relationships independently, escalating issues as needed. Ensure payroll data accuracy, process payrolls timely, and prepare related reports. Establish trusted client relationships, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively. Provide technical support for payroll software and identify opportunities for service expansion. Assist with new client implementations, training, and project management. Support team development by sharing knowledge and mentoring new staff. Qualifications 1-3 years of payroll experience; degree preferred, experience considered in lieu of degree. Experience with ADP software desirable. Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office. Attention to detail, organization, and excellent communication skills. Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to deadlines.
