Leave Administration Specialist (Contract Role)

Yardley, PA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite/week)

Position Overview
The Leave Administration Specialist will be responsible for managing the company’s leave programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and supporting employees and managers throughout the leave and accommodation process. This role requires a high level of organization, empathy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer leave programs including FMLA, ADA, Short-Term Disability, and Statutory Paid Leave.
Manage the full leave process from initiation to return-to-work coordination.
Serve as the primary contact for leave vendors and collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate compensation.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding leave policies and procedures.
Handle high-volume leave cases
Manage ADA interactive process and respond to unemployment claims.
Maintain and monitor two dedicated leave inboxes.
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience administering leave and accommodations.
Strong understanding of ADA interactive process.
Experience managing multi-state leave programs in a high-volume environment.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
