The Senior Regional Provider Recruiter is responsible for managing full lifecycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practitioners. This position will direct, plan, and implement activities to identify and hire quality provider candidates for position openings in a timely and efficient manner. This position is responsible for strategically executing outreach to residents and providers. The Senior Regional Provider Recruiter will work directly with market business and medical leadership to build relationships with residency programs across the region and professional associations.

Responsibilities

Direct, plan, and implement activities to identify and hire quality physicians and advanced practitioners for position openings in a timely and efficient manner ensuring regional hiring objectives are met.

Residency Engagement: Development of long-term physician pipeline by engaging residency programs, attending events and leading efforts at medical society meetings (e.g., ACOG, SMFM).

Collaborate with internal/external business partners and SMEs to identify business goals and areas of strategic opportunity (e.g., leadership, Advisory Councils and external surveys).

Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with all territory stakeholders of the provider recruitment process including market and medical affiliate executive leadership, physicians, and practice performance managers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum of 7 years’ experience recruiting providers

7 years’ experience recruiting physicians

5 years’ experience recruiting APCs
