What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Direct, plan, and implement recruitment activities to hire quality physicians and advanced practitioners efficiently
Engage with residency programs to develop a long-term physician pipeline and attend relevant medical events
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders involved in the provider recruitment process
Develop presentations and lead meetings to communicate recruitment strategies
Participate in training and complete special projects as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 7 years' experience recruiting providers
At least 7 years' experience recruiting physicians
Minimum of 5 years' experience recruiting advanced practice clinicians (APCs)
Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience collaborating with internal and external business partners to identify strategic recruitment opportunities
Familiarity with medical society meetings and engagement strategies for residency programs
Demonstrated success in developing presentations and leading stakeholder meetings
