Quest, Inc. Quest, Inc. provides services to individuals with disabilities and is dedicated to independence, inclusion, and empowerment. We are seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities

Confer with hiring managers to conduct intake sessions and establish recruiting strategies. Process and maintain accuracy of all Personnel Requisitions for job openings. Leverage online and in-house resources to identify and recruit top candidates. Maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular recruiting metrics and reporting as requested by supervisors and senior management. Update weekly metrics for open positions and complete weekly reports on employment activity. Review resumes and credentials to ensure job requirements are understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. Screen and interview applicants via telephone, video, and in-person interviews. Manage scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers as needed. Proactively attract candidates through social media, resume mining, outreach, college/university recruitment, career fairs, website postings, and other advertising methods. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, healthcare, or a related field. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a track record of successful recruitment in fast-paced environments, including high-volume or multiple locations. In-depth understanding of labor laws, recruitment best practices, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and market trends in talent acquisition. Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Benefits
