Are you a nurse with a passion for connecting great people with meaningful careers? We are seeking a dynamic recruiter with healthcare experience to help us identify and attract top talent across our organization. In this role, you\'ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop strategic recruitment plans, manage requisitions, and drive candidate engagement through innovative sourcing methods—including social media, career fairs, and university outreach. You\'ll screen and interview applicants, maintain data integrity in our applicant tracking system, and deliver insightful recruiting metrics to leadership. If you bring at least 2 years of nursing recruitment experience, a strong understanding of healthcare hiring practices, and a knack for building relationships, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities Overview Confer with hiring managers to conduct intake sessions to establish recruiting strategies. Process and maintain accuracy of all Personnel Requisitions for job openings. Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates. Maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular recruiting metrics and reporting as requested by supervisors and senior management. Update weekly metrics spreadsheet for open positions report, and complete weekly report on employment activity. Review resumes and credentials to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. Screens and interviews applicants via telephone, video and in-person interviews. May manage the scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Seek out new and creative ideas to proactively attract candidates through social media posts, resume mining, outreach efforts, college/university recruitment, career fairs, website postings, special recruiting events, and other position advertising methods. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, healthcare or relevant field required. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the healthcare field / nursing recruitment, including high-volume or multiple locations. In-depth understanding of labor laws, recruitment best practices, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and a keen awareness of market trends impacting talent acquisition. Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans
