Overview

The Administrative Program Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support to clinic leadership. Key responsibilities include data entry, preparation of financial and reimbursement reports, procurement, vendor management, event coordination, and support for 340B program tracking. This role also provides back-up coverage for front desk services as needed. The coordinator must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and effective communication across all levels of the academic and clinical environment. Responsibilities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficiency in use of Box, Microsoft 365 Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint Ability to set up audio-visual displays and teleconferencing technology for meetings and presentations Solid analytical skills Attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Customer service skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to accept responsibility for tasks beyond scope of job description if required to meet clinics needs Ability to maintain confidentiality in all work performed Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills Required Education and/or Experience

High school degree and two years directly related experience. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree More than two years of directly related administrative experience Working knowledge of patient registration and insurance verification Knowledge of terminology related to sexual health Experience with Ryan White Part A funding
