Salary: $40,000 -$50,000/yr.
Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
What You'll Do:
Manage bookkeeping functions including AP, AR, reconciliations, and reporting Handle payroll with precision and confidentiality Support HR onboarding and ensure compliance with best practices Assist with inventory tracking and administrative tasks Prepare budgets, financial statements, and reports that drive business success Play a critical role in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance What We're Looking For:
Experience in bookkeeping/accounting and payroll processing Knowledge of AP/AR, financial reporting, and inventory management Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Strong multitasking skills and a solutions-focused mindset Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude Commitment to confidentiality and integrity Preferred Qualifications:
Bookkeeping or accounting certification (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper, CPA) HRIS/ATS experience and knowledge of HR best practices Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards This is a direct hire position with a full list of benefits that will be provided upon being hired by our client.
