The HRIS and Compensation Administrator plays a key role in optimizing HR systems and supporting compensation programs. This position is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the HRIS to ensure data integrity, efficiency, and effective reporting. It also supports compensation programs by conducting market analyses, preparing compensation studies, and assisting with the design and implementation of compensation initiatives that promote equity, competitiveness, and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and optimize the HRIS to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with company policies and regulations Develop, test, and implement system enhancements, workflows, and process improvements to increase efficiency and user experience Generate and analyze routine and ad hoc HR reports to provide insights on workforce trends, compliance, and business decision-making Compile complex data into reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff, as requested Ensure security, end user access and data integrity across all HR systems Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements Conduct compensation studies and market analyses to evaluate internal equity, pay competitiveness, and alignment with job architecture Document and maintain HRIS and compensation processes, ensuring standard operating procedures are current and accessible Provide training and support to HR staff and managers on HRIS functionality, reporting tools, and compensation practices Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed to support HRIS upgrades, integrations, or compensation surveys Support annual compensation programs, such as merit planning and administration, promotions, and bonus administration Support compliance reporting and audits (EEO, ACA, DOL, internal audits, etc.) by providing accurate HR data and documentation Research HRIS and compensation best practices, trends, and regulatory changes to recommend improvements Serve as a backup for other HRIS, data analytics, or compensation team members during absences Assist with benefits, payroll, and talent management processes that intersect with HRIS data Compensation
Compensation Range: $68,000 - $74,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection). Benefits

Bachelor's Degree Required Master's Degree Preferred 5 - 8 Years of Direct Experience in HRIS, Reporting, and/or Compensation Required Experience in Human Resources Preferred 6 - 9 Years of Direct Experience Preferred SHRM, PHR, or CCP Preferred Physical Requirements
