This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced Ad Tech environment, reporting directly to the Global VP of Talent Acquisition (based in France). You will lead and develop a team of technical and non-technical recruiters located in the U.S., Canada and Brazil, driving hiring excellence across the region. As the TA Manager for the Americas, you’ll shape and execute our regional talent strategy, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent aligned with our values and business goals. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, adapt to evolving priorities, and champion recruitment initiatives that fuel Criteo’s growth. This role involves approximately 20% travel, offering opportunities to collaborate with teams across regions and strengthen global partnerships. You thrive in an environment of ambiguity and constant change, and you need to adapt quickly to evolving business priorities and market dynamics. Responsibilities

Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes. Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and support the day-to-day performance of the Americas recruiting team. Data-Driven Insights: Monitor key recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights to optimize hiring outcomes. Process Excellence: Support the design and implementation of interview and evaluation processes. Executive Hiring: Lead senior-level searches as needed, providing a high-touch, consultative experience to regional leaders. Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with hiring managers, HR, Finance and Leadership to understand hiring needs (current and future), define job requirements, and build strong relationships. Employer Branding: Partner with the Global EB team to manage employer branding strategies to boost the company's reputation as an employer of choice. Operational Compliance: Work with the Global TA Ops team to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable recruitment processes. DE&I Commitment: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices, and foster a culture where every candidate feels valued and empowered. Who You Are

Minimum 5 years TA Team Leadership experience essential, ideally within the digital marketing or software industry. Experience working in an international/global company is essential. Proven track record of effectively managing up and partnering with senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional collaboration and can influence decision-making at the highest levels. Clear and impactful experience in coaching and developing direct reports. Experience recruiting in the US, Canada & Latin America, supporting R&D, Sales and Commercial teams. Proven success in recruiting for diverse roles, including technical, sales, and leadership positions. Experience in early career engagement, building UR and internship programs. Strong problem-solving, data-driven mindset, and proficiency with ATS and HR databases. Experience with Workday and PowerBI is a bonus. Effective communication skills: ability to articulate Criteo’s value proposition to candidates and stakeholders. Adaptability: comfortable navigating a fast-paced corporate environment with changing priorities. Innovative mindset: bring fresh ideas and continuously improve recruitment practices.
