Job Description:
Position: Front End Supervisor
We are seeking a Front End Supervisor responsible for overseeing the customer service experience at the front of the store. The role involves leading a team of Associates to ensure prompt, courteous service and the promotion of loyalty programs. The supervisor models excellent customer service, maintains store organization, and supports store operations.
Ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and addressing concerns promptly.
Promote a culture of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and customer service techniques.
Support the team in personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs.
Manage register assignments, POS coverage, and breaks for Associates.
Communicate effectively with management and staff regarding priorities and updates.
Provide feedback and recognition to team members.
Collaborate with management on training needs to improve team effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, store policies, and safety standards.
Promote credit and loyalty programs and support shrink reduction initiatives.
Maintain a safe environment and promote safety awareness.
Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.
Qualifications:
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
Strong understanding of merchandising and customer service.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
At least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
