Employee Relations Partner - HROP - AMS - Seattle
About the Team: The HR operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. We aspire to ensure employees feel heard and that they are given the appropriate resources and support needed to be effective and efficient during their careers. This function will act as a subject matter expert department, providing advice to HR colleagues and business leaders on all Employee Relations and HR Compliance policies and procedure issues, to ensure consistency across the entire group. Responsibilities: - Partner closely with HRBPs and people managers on ER related matters, including advising on employee discipline, underperformance, terminations, reasonable accommodations, complex leave scenarios and other related matters; - Triage employee complaints to the appropriate workplace investigation teams and lend support and guidance for workplace investigations as needed; - Support HR/ER related training for people managers and HR; - Closely collaborate with employment counsel; - Work on ER related projects such as CMS implementation and usage, employee handbook and related policies, and procedure updates. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Legal or related field; - 5+ years' experience in Employee Relations. Extensive employee relations expertise and in-depth knowledge of current ER legislation and best practice; - Prior HR/ER experience in a technology start-up is strongly preferred. Preferred Qualification: - Juris Doctorate Degree. About Us:

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91,440 - $164,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
