Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay Rate:
$30.00 - $38.00/hr (Depending on Experience)
Role Summary As an
HRIS Specialist , you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). You’ll ensure data accuracy, support system upgrades, and collaborate with HR teams to streamline workflows and improve reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
System Maintenance:
Manage day-to-day operations of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG, SAP).
Data Integrity:
Audit and validate employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Reporting & Analytics:
Generate reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance HRIS functionality and user experience.
User Support:
Provide technical support and training to HR team members and end users.
Configuration & Updates:
Assist with system configuration, testing, and implementation of new features.
Compliance:
Ensure HRIS processes align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Integration Support:
Collaborate with IT and vendors on system integrations and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in HRIS administration or HR technology roles.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP, UKG, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Excel.
Analytical Thinking:
Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-Solving:
Skilled in diagnosing and resolving system issues.
Project Management:
Experience managing HRIS-related projects or implementations.
Confidentiality:
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee data and system access.
