Skilled Trades Recruiter
to join us. This is a people-focused, sales-driven role where your work directly fuels Alaska’s industries and communities. What you’ll do Build relationships with business owners, foremen, and hiring managers in trades and industrial companies Source, interview, and place skilled candidates into contract-to-hire roles (carpenters, mechanics, laborers, welders, operators, and more) Manage client accounts while growing new business through calls, networking, and site visits Guide candidates through the entire hiring process, from application to onboarding Track placements and ensure client satisfaction to build repeat and referral business Maintain pipelines of qualified trades professionals ready to work What’s in it for you Earning Potential:
