Opening: Maintenance Technician
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $25 - $27 per hour

Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a
well-established residential property management company
with multiple locations across Anchorage. Known for delivering quality living environments and responsive maintenance services, this team is looking for a
skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician
to join their crew. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Complete
general maintenance and repair requests
in a timely, professional manner Perform work on
HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliances Install and repair
fixtures, door/window hardware, blinds, drywall, and weatherproofing Assist with
make-readies
for new residents Conduct
daily inspections of mechanical and storage rooms Remove
bulk trash and assist with seasonal prep and cleanup Provide
on-call emergency support
as part of a rotation Communicate clearly and respectfully with
residents, guests, and team members REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
in a residential or similar setting Strong skills in
general maintenance, plumbing, basic electrical, and appliance repair Ability to
lift up to 50 lbs
and work on your feet throughout the day Reliable transportation and a
valid driver's license Excellent
communication and customer service skills Comfortable working independently and in a team Must be able to pass a
