Overview

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Manager of Talent Acquisition | Corporate & Sales Specialist. The HR Coordinator will provide operational and compliance support within the HRIS team, with primary responsibility for unemployment claims, employment verifications, E-Verify/I-9 compliance, Virginia new hire reporting, and onboarding administration. This role will also serve as a first point of contact for employees with UKG-related questions, escalating more complex cases to the HRIS Analysts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable balancing compliance tasks with employee support. Compensation

Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $24.00/hr Note: This range is provided by Lucky Strike Entertainment. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Employment Administration: Manage the unemployment claims process, including responding to requests and providing accurate documentation; Process employment verifications, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround; Administer and monitor E-Verify and I-9 compliance, maintaining accurate records and conducting periodic audits; Submit and track Virginia new hire reporting and ensure compliance with state deadlines; Maintain accurate employee files and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Onboarding Support: Coordinate onboarding activities for corporate and sales associates, ensuring completion of required documentation and system tasks in UKG; Support field managers in the onboarding process by answering questions, providing guidance, and troubleshooting basic system issues; Ensure onboarding checklists are completed accurately and on time, escalating issues to the HRIS team as needed; Deliver a positive onboarding experience for new hires through clear communication and timely follow-up. UKG Employee Support (Level 1): Provide Tier 1 UKG support to employees by answering basic system questions related to login, navigation, onboarding tasks, timekeeping, and self-service functions; Escalate complex issues to the HRIS Analysts or HRIS Manager as appropriate; Track and document support cases to identify trends and potential areas for training or process improvement. General HR Support: Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance checks as needed; Provide administrative support to the HRIS team on projects, implementations, or system updates; Contribute to process documentation and training materials for employee and manager self-service in UKG.
