Overview *To be eligible for campus recruitment program, you can only apply for 1 position within the U.S. Branches.

This Associate job is to provide support to product team in assisting achieve team goals. This incumbent is subject to KPI evaluation.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to

Marketing and Sales

Prepare marketing materials

Generate thematic written business research

Interpret high-frequency economic data in the U.S. and China

Assist to identify hedging opportunities in FX derivatives and other products

Follow up all business needs with RMs to better support their clients

Provide support to team in daily routine work

Act as back up of designated team

Product Management

Participate in the enhancement of product offering to promote business growth

Assist in the new product development to satisfy client’s hedging demand

Risk Management and Compliance

Adhere and facilitate legal documents and onboarding process related to traded products

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding anti-money laundering, BSA, OFAC, Dodd-Frank framework, Volcker rule, etc.

Collaborate with Middle Office and Back Office to ensure risk control and facilitate accurate deal booking and timely settlement

Research

Perform analysis and participate in assigned research project

Monitor, update and facilitate research information for client/ internal presentations

Participate in special projects and/or other duties as assigned

Conduct assigned reports or research analysis

Others

Any ad-hoc work or projects assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required at the time of hiring

Internship experience in Financial Markets preferred

Knowledge in FX, RMB, interest rate and other hedging products preferred

Bilingual ability in Mandarin and English preferred

Pay Range Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.

USD $50,000.00 – USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
