HR Generalist

The
HR Generalist
will support HR functions and work closely with senior HR management. Responsibilities include benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. Essential Functions

Administer HR policies and procedures Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interviews. Manage employee relations, conduct exit interviews, and provide counseling as needed. Maintain HRIS records and prepare reports, including turnover and compliance reports. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Manage workers' compensation claims andleave of absences Assist with employee engagement initiatives and performance management. Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or related HR position. Experience with any HRIS system and strong understanding of HR compliance. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Why Join Us
