We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Hispanic Marketing team, driving growth for leading brands in the Medicare Advantage and Life Insurance space. This role is central to managing and optimizing marketing performance, ensuring campaigns deliver against both short-term objectives and long-term business growth. The Account Executive will partner closely with our Media and Analytics teams to manage, analyze, and present campaign results, translating insights into actionable strategies. They will oversee media and marketing plan effectiveness to ensure alignment with business priorities, while also collaborating with Creative teams to shape strategy and guide the development of impactful assets. A core responsibility will be identifying and executing growth strategies tailored to the Hispanic market, ensuring our efforts resonate culturally and connect meaningfully with this fast-growing audience. Acting as a strategic connector across departments, the Account Executive will keep measurable business outcomes at the forefront of every initiative. This position is based in Fort Lee, NJ; Miami, FL; or Raleigh, NC, with a hybrid work policy that includes working in the office on Tuesdays/Thursdays. The Responsibilities of the Account Executive include:

Maintain and deepen subject matter expertise across Medicare Advantage, Life Insurance, performance-based media, Hispanic marketing, and consumer behavior trends, applying insights to provide strategic recommendations that drive growth. Lead and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term growth strategies. Manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination are met with precision. Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and identify opportunities to optimize results and inform future strategies. Serve as the strategic link between Media, Analytics, Creative, and cross-functional Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, on time, and with strategic impact. Support Marketing Director in developing and delivering presentations, proposals, marketing plans, and performance reports Responsible for the training and development of Marketing Coordinator role(s) fostering a culture of growth and collaboration Qualifications include:

Minimum 3-5 years work experience in Marketing / Advertising or related fields. Hispanic Marketing experience and/or Performance Marketing preferred Organized, sharp, motivated self-starter with strong presentation skills and the drive to and excel in a fast-paced, highly accountable environment Creative and analytical problem solver who thinks out of the box Individual who seeks a career in business / marketing and aspires to become a business leader Proficiency in full suite of Microsoft Office software applications particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Knowledge of project management application and/or work flow software a plus. Working knowledge of Spanish language and Hispanic culture. Spanish fluency a plus Compensation and Benefits Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation. Compensation The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year. This role is also eligible to participate in the annual bonus program.
