We’re seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. You’ll support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives related to sales targets, recruiting, and team development. You’re adaptable, energetic, and customer-focused, ready to handle challenges while fostering sales and building lasting customer relationships. What You'll Do
Support your Store Manager in achieving sales and comparable sales goals. Help recruit, develop, and retain a passionate, collaborative team. Create buzz and engage customers through promoting new products, social media, and services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Provide leadership to ensure operational excellence, balancing tasks, delegation, and customer service. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and staff schedules. Communicate with retail leadership and HQ about trends and customer feedback. Analyze sales reports and data to inform strategic decisions. Merchandise the store effectively, launching promotions on time. Develop your team of high-performing, customer-focused associates. What You'll Need
1-2 years of retail management experience; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus. Proven success in team leadership, with skills in communication, recruiting, operations, and development. Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and operational tasks. Minimum age of 18 years. High school diploma or GED; degree preferred. Adaptability to fast-changing retail environments. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise, and lift up to 50 pounds.
