As a Captive Executive at ICS, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals to grow revenues profitably through adding to a book of business with new clients by growing and maintaining relationships with agency partners. Your expertise will help guide our captives to achieve optimal financial performance and support our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients. Essential Responsibilities Actively generate new sales leads through qualified sales calls and meetings with new agency partners, resulting in achieving or exceeding sales goals. Provide captive education and consulting for existing captive clients and agency partners, as well as prospective clients. Maintain relationships with clients and their business needs, addressing changes and delivering documents as needed. Attend all sales-related activities, promoting a positive attitude in support of agency growth. Participate in captive quarterly calls and member meetings. Serve as Captive Lead on group captive programs, acting as liaison between agency partners, clients, and vendors. Work closely with ICS disciplines to drive strategic direction and vision for the captive. Maintain professional relationships within the captive committees. Develop Captive Consultants and Business Development Coordinators. Ensure team accountability and foster high-functioning teams through coaching. Qualifications College degree preferred. 2+ years of employee benefits sales experience. Hold or be able to obtain a state-specific Insurance Agent's License within 90 days. Strong sales skills, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Salesforce, and ability to travel up to 50% with own vehicle.
