It is for an HR Specialist for our Team Member Data Management team which is part of HR Shared Services. We need someone to help with time management, auditing timesheets, processing retro pay adjustments and pay related data in UKG PRO WFM. Experience with UKG PRO WFM would be very helpful, but Jen said that if you have a college grad who is sharp with finance, math or accounting, that could work also. Someone who is data focused. Responsibilities
Audit timesheets and pay-related data, enter or update team member records Process retro pay adjustments as applicable Respond to and resolve pay inquiries in timely manner Provide support for the FC attendance management process Complete ServiceNow cases (HR case management software) Assist on data clean-up projects to prepare for a new system implementation Maintain data integrity in various HR systems Qualifications
Experience with Payroll, Benefits, or Wage and Hour support preferred Experience with Workday, Kronos, and/or ServiceNow is a bonus Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Accurate and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills Strong oral and written communication skills Exceptional customer service focus (internal and external), and professional interaction at all levels, from front-line to executive-level Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Self-motivated, positive attitude, flexible outlook, and strong ethical values Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive and personal information Work schedule:
Comments for Suppliers: Work schedule – 8:30 – 5, Onsite role (FLL7), hybrid schedule (2x per week). Must be available to work weekends. Will be given days off during the week to offset the weekend work.
