$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr What You’ll Do
Support employee relations, organizational development, performance management, and training initiatives Provide day-to-day HR support and resolve employee concerns Deliver engaging new hire onboarding and orientation experiences Administer leaves of absence, FMLA, ADA, workers’ comp, and benefits Assist in policy development and ensure consistent application Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations Run HR reports and analyze key metrics What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field PHR/SPHR certification preferred 5+ years of HR generalist experience Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits
