Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build a strong talent pipeline that supports long-term hiring and retention goals. This role involves leveraging a variety of sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top-tier candidates. The recruiter will collaborate closely with corporate HR and hiring managers to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting to candidate selection. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support ongoing hiring and retention efforts. Utilize diverse online platforms, including job boards and social media, while staying informed about emerging technologies and recruitment tools. Network proactively—both online and in person—to promote the company brand, reduce time-to-hire, and attract high-quality candidates. Partner with corporate HR and hiring managers to draft job postings, secure necessary approvals, and publish listings internally and externally. Maintain accurate and up-to-date job descriptions. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for presentation to hiring managers. Coordinate and manage the interview process, including administering assessments when applicable. Maintain and organize the candidate database for tracking and reporting purposes. Represent the company at job and career fairs, particularly at colleges and universities, as assigned. Foster a professional and positive work environment. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience within a manufacturing environment. Proven success recruiting across all levels within a manufacturing environment; experience in medical products or insert molding industries is a plus. Strong proficiency in sourcing techniques, including internet and social media platforms. Hands-on experience with candidate screening and interviewing. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
